  February 28-March 4 Academic Updates We will: Focus on the “ar” sound in words like: charm, warm, alarm, bark, star Do several assessments in order to have very recent data for report cards More writing and editing Review addition and subtraction strategies Create maps Performance! Mark your calendars! On March 23 all Lincoln Firsties will take the stage! The three first grade classrooms will be performing a musical revue called Pajama Party.  Children will be asked to wear their pajamas, slippers, and robes on this day.  Children will perform for the school during the day.  In the evening, there will be a performance for the families in the auditorium at St. Joseph High School. More details, including times, to follow. **Each child has a speaking part.  Please check for these in Friday folders and practice daily!
